Common questions
How soon can I move in?
It depends on which dates are open. Send the form and we will reply by email with what we have available and the earliest arrival date.
Can I extend if repairs take longer?
Yes, when the dates after your stay are still open. Tell us as early as you can and we will do our best to keep you in the same apartment.
Can I bring my pet?
It depends on the home. Our current San Antonio apartments are pet-free, so pets can’t stay there. As we add homes in more cities, some may allow pets. Tell us about your pet in the form and we’ll let you know what’s available. Service animals are welcome as required by law.
How is the stay set up?
As furnished corporate housing: set arrival and departure dates, a signed guest agreement, a quick ID verification, and our team as your point of contact throughout.
