How long can our staff stay?
From a week up to 90 nights in one stay, with one total price for the fixed dates.
Do you bill monthly?
No. Each stay is one total price for fixed dates. No monthly billing and no holdover fees.
Can we get receipts for expense reports?
Yes. Every booking comes with receipts your team can submit for expenses.
What does each guest need before arrival?
Every guest signs our rental agreement and completes a quick ID verification. Then they get door-code check-in details.
Are long stays taxed?
In Texas, stays of 30 nights or more in a row are exempt from hotel occupancy tax.
Which cities do you serve?
We’re open in San Antonio now. Houston, Atlanta and Miami are coming soon. Tell us your city and we’ll let you know.
Are pets allowed?
Not in our current San Antonio homes. Service animals are welcome as required by law; please tell us before you arrive. As Utopia Gems Stays grows into new cities and states, some future homes may allow pets. That depends on each home and on state, city and building rules, so always check the listing for your stay.
Pet policies differ by home and can change. State, city and building rules decide what each home can allow, and the listing for your stay has the final word.
